Online Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Online Marketing Manager with excellent Google Ads skills who is ready to develop, lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role is defined by the daily responsibility to lead our digital marketing channels and to initiate marketing initiatives that will drive Beetronics growth. You will have total freedom to steer the vision of our growth marketing initiatives. We won't limit your vision with narrow briefs, endless reporting, and long winded research stages. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit, dynamic international team, rapidly scaling international markets. Working hybrid from our office in Amsterdam, our ideal candidate is someone with extensive experience of current digital marketing tools and strategies that is able to lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. We need someone who can take the lead - knowing what they need to take on themselves and what they need to outsource to agencies/professionals.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement a diversified online marketing strategy
• Source and manage agencies/professionals to execute the gameplan
• Lead and manage our international Google Ads campaigns 
• Develop and implement SEO strategy
• Build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities and initiate growth digital marketing initiatives

What you'll bring:

• Experience with developing and executing an online marketing strategy
• Experience with assembling and managing a remote international team of agencies/freelancers
• Experience leading and driving digital growth marketing initiatives
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO, social media, email and content marketing
• Tech-savvy and highly digital
• Fluency in English is required
